First Timers Package
The First Timers Package will include both on-snow instruction and off-snow preparation. Uncle Ken will guide you through ski selection or boot fitting at the ski shops. Practice with you getting in and out of ski boots, and prepare you what to expect before you even get up to the mountains. This aims to reduce your anxiety, get familiar with your equipment and maximize learning time on snow.
Package: $1400
a) Consultation for ski equipment rental or purchase
b) Off-snow preparation and practice on ski equipment
c) 4 on-snow sessions of 1-on-1 Private Lesson
Private Lessons
Private Lessons can be either 1-on-1 or 2 students of similar abilities. Each on-snow lesson will be roughly 3 hours long. This will give students ample time to go through the lesson plan and practice for the drills.
Downhill Skiing: Alpine or Telemark styles.
Country Country Skiing: Classic or Skate styles
Morning (9am-12noon): $300
Afternoon (1pm-4pm): $300
Evening (6pm-9pm): $300
Full day (9am-4pm): $500
Ski Equipment & Trip Planning Consultation
Typically equipment consultation will start with your ski ability, style analysis, and what terrain you will ski on. Uncle Ken will research a range of skis matching your ability and style, and will accompany you to local ski shops to explore options, explain limitations and provide other recommendations.
Ski trip and destination planning will provide you useful travel logistics information, preparation and packing lists, and do's and don'ts while at the specific destinations.
Consultation Session (3 hours): $150
